This zine is  a collection of 30 study drawings of women's pre-Edo period kimono (kosode) I did for my Patreon.

Kosode referes to a garment worn pre-Edo period (~1600) Japan, where the sleeves had smaller openings and were shorter than the modern "kimono" we think of today.
Kosode was much wider and bulkier in size, and was worn rather loosely with a thin obi lower on the torso.

The zine can be accessed for free if you join my Patreon, where I post study drawings, WIPs, videos, and process posts.
